Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement engaging, child-centered activities that promote holistic development.
Collaborate with a bilingual team to support our immersion approach.
Observe, document, and assess children’s progress, tailoring support to individual needs.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
Qualifications:
A qualification in early childhood education.
Fachkraft or Quereinsteiger, recognised by the Berlin Senate.
Native-level proficiency in English and minimum B1 German.
Experience in bilingual education or a strong interest in immersion methodologies.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their individual development.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Support Staff
Our kita is always looking for support staff and child carers to add to our roster. We book additional staff regularly to support our full-time team and to provide coverage when our teachers are sick or on vacation. We offer flexible scheduling from 2-20 hours/week and tax/social insurance free pay (netto wie brutto).
