- English or German at a native level
- State recognized pedagogue / ErzieherIn
- Focused on participative pedagogy and on facilitating learning through play.
- We very much welcome mindful and observant skills as they help to recognise and respond to children’s needs.
- Good organisational skills to carry out administrative tasks
- Familiar with Diversity & Inclusion

What we offer:
- Position for 30-35h paid according to TVL-S (EG 8a)
- 3h Time for pre and post process
Communication is important to us that’s why we offer a lot of space for that:
- Weekly team meetings
- Monthly workshops
- 8 team days per year (one exclusively for team building)
- Up to 6 supervisions per year
- Yearly staff development conferences
Your passion for pedagogy should be supported
- Budget for 5 educational days / year
- Opportunity for further education days and subsidy for advanced training
